Email us with your Bambloo username (if you have one), device model, app version, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful when relevant.
Safety & Reports
Report unsafe quests, inappropriate content, harassment, abusive users, impersonation, fraud, or other safety concerns. Include the relevant username or quest name when possible.

Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Bambloo account from inside the app. Open Profile → Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm the deletion prompts.
This deletes the account and associated profile data handled by Bambloo, subject only to information we may be legally required or permitted to retain.
Quick Answers
Why does Bambloo ask for my location?
Bambloo uses location while you use the app to show nearby quests, display map features, calculate distance, and confirm when you reach an adventure location. You can change location permission in your device settings.
Why does Bambloo request camera or photo access?
The camera is used when you choose to take a proof photo for a quest. Photo-library access is used only for supported journal/photo actions you choose. Bambloo does not require continuous camera access.
What if a quest looks unsafe or inaccessible?
Do not trespass, enter restricted areas, use Bambloo while driving, or take risks for a reward. Leave the area if conditions feel unsafe and report the quest to support.
How do I report another user?
Use the report and block controls available in Bambloo where applicable. You can also email help@getbambloo.com with the username and a description of the issue.
How long does support take?
We review support and safety requests as promptly as practical. Urgent safety concerns should also be reported to the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service when necessary.
